Problem description

{0} - The Media Server that is being halted.

The system could not send the Halt command to the Media Server.

The Media Server ignored the Halt command.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Verify that the Media Server is communicating properly with the EPM.
  2. Manually reboot the Media Server.
  3. Execute the Halt command again.
  4. If the problem persists, restart the EPM.
  5. Execute the Halt command again.
