Problem description

{0} - The Media Server that is being rebooted.

{1} - Error returned by the Media Server or Web Services.

The system could not send the Reboot command.

The Media Server ignored the Reboot command.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Verify that the Media Server is communicating properly with the EPM.
  2. Manually reboot the Media Server.
  3. Execute the Reboot command again.
  4. If the problem persists, restart the EPM.
  5. Execute the Reboot command again.
