Problem description
{0} - The Media Server receiving configuration.
{1} - Error that is returned by the Media Server or Web Services.
The system could not send the Configure command.
The Media Server ignored the Configure command.

Procedure
- Verify that the Media Server is communicating properly with the EPM.
- Restart the Media Server.
- If the problem persists, reboot the Media Server.
- If the problem still persists, reboot the EPM.
