Problem description

{0} - The Media Server receiving configuration.

{1} - Error that is returned by the Media Server or Web Services.

The system could not send the Configure command.

The Media Server ignored the Configure command.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Verify that the Media Server is communicating properly with the EPM.
  2. Restart the Media Server.
  3. If the problem persists, reboot the Media Server.
  4. If the problem still persists, reboot the EPM.
