Problem description
{0} - The name of the Media Server.
The Media Server cannot save log messages to the Avaya Experience Portal database.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- Run hostname -i to determine that the hostname is correct. Ensure that this not <localhost>.
- If the IP address is incorrect, verify that appLoggingURL in the file voiceportal.properties is blank or contains the IP address of the EPM.
- If the IP address is correct, restart the Media Server.
- If the problem persists, restart Tomcat on the EPM.
