The EPM Web interfaces, System Monitor, and Media Server Details pages, could not open the Avaya Experience Portal database.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Restart the Postgres database.
  2. Restart Tomcat.
  3. If the problem persists, restore the database from a backup.
  4. If data is corrupted in the database, restore the database from a backup.
  5. If the problem persists, reinstall the EPM.
