The Avaya Experience Portal system could not access the Text-to-Speech (TTS) (TTS) configuration data.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Save one TTS Server.
  2. Restart Tomcat.
  3. If the problem persists, restore the database from a backup.
  4. If the problem persists, reinstall the EPM.
