Problem description

{0} - The routine reporting the exception.

{1} - The operation being performed when the exception occurred.

{2} - The SDM error.

The EPM encountered problems while retrieving configuration data from the Media Servers.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Save one entry per category for Global Settings, Media Server, and other configuration categories.
  2. Restart Tomcat.
  3. If the problem persists, restore the database from a backup.
  4. If the problem persists, reinstall the EPM.
