The EPM encountered problems storing performance data retrieved from the Media Servers in the real-time database.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Verify that the database has sufficient space.
  2. Restart the Postgres database.
  3. Restart Tomcat.
  4. If data is corrupted in the database, restore the database from a backup.
  5. If the problem persists, reinstall the EPM.
