Problem description
{0} - The name of the Media Server that has entered the Error state.
One or more processes on the Media Server has failed and could not be restarted or has continued to fail. The Media Server is not accepting calls.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- Restart the Media Server from the EPM.
- If the problem persists, reboot the Media Server from the EPM.
- If the problem persists, reinstall the Media Server.
- If you cannot reboot the Media Server from the EPM, manually reboot the Media Server.
