Problem description

{0} - The name of the Media Server that has entered the Degraded state.

One or more stations cannot be registered.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Verify that the stations are properly configured on the EPM.
  2. Verify that the stations are working on the Media Servers.
  3. If there are problems with the stations, reconfigure the stations, and restart the affected Media Servers one by one to restore access to the stations.
  4. If the stations are properly configured, restart the Media Server from the EPM.
  5. If the problem persists, reboot the Media Server from the EPM.
  6. If the problem still persists, reinstall the Media Server.
  7. If you cannot reboot the Media Server from the EPM, manually reboot the Media Server.
