Problem description
{0} - The name of the Media Server that has entered the Degraded state.
One or more stations cannot be registered.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- Verify that the stations are properly configured on the EPM.
- Verify that the stations are working on the Media Servers.
- If there are problems with the stations, reconfigure the stations, and restart the affected Media Servers one by one to restore access to the stations.
- If the stations are properly configured, restart the Media Server from the EPM.
- If the problem persists, reboot the Media Server from the EPM.
- If the problem still persists, reinstall the Media Server.
- If you cannot reboot the Media Server from the EPM, manually reboot the Media Server.
