Problem description
{0} - The Media Server that has entered the Stopped state.
The Media Server was running normally but entered the Stopped state unexpectedly. The Media Server can no longer take calls.
Proposed Solution
About this task
The Media Server might reenter the Running state automatically (if Auto Restart was set for the Media Server) and start taking calls again.
Procedure
- If the Media Server does not reenter the Running state within five minutes, restart the Media Server from the EPM.
- If the problem persists, reboot the Media Server from the EPM.
- If you cannot reboot the Media Server from the EPM, manually reboot the Media Server.
- If the problem persists, reinstall the Media Server.
