The EPM encountered problems while saving the Media Server configuration and status data in the real-time database.

Procedure

  1. Restart the Postgres database.
  2. Restart Tomcat.
  3. If data is corrupted in the database, restore the database from a backup.
  4. If the problem persists, reinstall the EPM.
