Problem description

{0} - The Media Server that was being restarted.

{1} - The error that occurred when attempting to restart the Media Server.

When the Avaya Experience Portal starts, the Media Server has stations that are configured on another Media Server. The Media Server was restarted to remove the stations.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Restart the Media Server from the EPM.
  2. If the problem persists, reboot the Media Server from the EPM.
  3. If you cannot reboot the Media Server from the EPM, manually reboot the Media Server.
  4. If the problem persists, reinstall the Media Server.
