{0} - The Media Server that was to be configured.
{1} - The error that occurred when attempting to configure Media Server.
The Avaya Experience Portal system encountered problems while downloading configuration data to the Media Server.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- Restart the Media Server from the EPM.
- If the problem persists, reboot the Media Server from the EPM.
- If you cannot reboot the Media Server from the EPM, manually reboot the Media Server.
- If the problem persists, reinstall the Media Server.
