Problem description

{0} - The Media Server that had the stations.

{1} - The error that occurred when attempting to list stations.

The Avaya Experience Portal system encountered problems while retrieving stations that were provisioned on the Media Server.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Restart the Media Server from the EPM.
  2. If the problem persists, reboot the Media Server from the EPM.
  3. If you cannot reboot the Media Server from the EPM, manually reboot the Media Server.
  4. If the problem persists, reinstall the Media Server.
