The Avaya Experience Portal system encountered problems while rebooting the Media Server.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- When the Reboot command is reenabled, start the command from the EPM.
- If the Media Server does not reboot, manually reboot the Media Server, and start the Media Server when it enters the Stopped state.
