Problem description

{0} - The Media Server that was to be rebooted.

{1} - The error that occurred while attempting to reboot the Media Server.

The Avaya Experience Portal system encountered problems while rebooting the Media Server.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. When the Reboot command is reenabled, start the command from the EPM.
  2. If the Media Server does not reboot, manually reboot the Media Server and start the Media Server when it enters the Stopped state.
