Problem description
{0} - The Media Server that was to be stopped.
{1} - The error that occurred when attempting to stop stations.
The Avaya Experience Portal system encountered problems while stopping the Media Server.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- When the Stop command is reenabled, start the command from the EPM.
- If the Media Server does not stop, manually reboot the Media Server.
- If the Media Server does not enter the Stopped state, reinstall the Media Server.
