Problem description
{0} - The Media Server that was to be started.
The Avaya Experience Portal system encountered problems when starting the Media Server.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- When the Start command is reenabled, start the command from the EPM.
- If the Media Server does not start, manually reboot the Media Server and start the Media Server from the EPM when it enters the Stopped state.
- If the Media Server does not enter the Stopped state, reinstall the Media Server.
