Problem description

{0} - The Media Server that was to be started.

{1} - The error that occurred while attempting to send Start command to the Media Server.

The Avaya Experience Portal system encountered problems while starting the Media Server.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. When the Start command is reenabled, start the command from the EPM.
  2. If the Media Server does not start, manually reboot the Media Server and start the Media Server from the EPM when it enters the Stopped state.
  3. If the Media Server does not enter the Stopped state, reinstall the Media Server.
