Problem description

The Avaya Experience Portal system encountered problems while encrypting or decrypting a station password.

Procedure

  1. Delete and reenter the stations.
  2. If the problem persists, restart the EPM by entering the service vpms restart command.
  3. If the problem still persists, reinstall the EPM.
