Problem description
{0} - The name of the Media Server.
The Avaya Experience Portal system encountered problems while restarting the Media Server after the Media Server was stopped. The Media Server might have rejected the Start command and did not restart.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- Restart the Media Server from the EPM.
- If the Media Server does not start, manually reboot the Media Server.
- When the Media Server enters the Stopped state, start the Media Server.
- If the Media Server does not enter the Stopped state, reinstall the Media Server.
