Stop request to Media Server {0} failed. Telephony ports may still be ‘In Service’ with Media Server {0}. The Media Server {0} must be stopped from the EPM or from the Media Server Command Line Interface to complete the deletion.

Problem description

{0} - The name of the Media Server.

The Avaya Experience Portal system encountered problems while deleting the Media Server. The Media Server could not be deleted because it could not be stopped.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Stop the Media Server from the EPM.
  2. If the Media Server does not stop, manually reboot the Media Server.

    The Media Server enters the Stopped state.
