Problem description
{0} - The name of the Media Server.
{1} - The error returned by the Web service.
This error could be caused by security violation or the Media Server not responding to poll request.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- If this problem does not occur intermittently, restart the Media Server from the EPM.
- If you cannot restart the Media Server from the EPM, manually reboot the Media Server.
- If the Media Server does not enter the Stopped state, reinstall the Media Server.
- If the problem persists, restart the EPM.
