Problem description
{0} - The name of the Media Server.
{1} - The error returned by the Media Server.
The Media Server could not respond to the heartbeat with an internal description of the following:
The Media Server is in an incorrect state for command.
The Media Server is unconfigured.
The command does not exist.
The system Manager timed out the previous command.
The Media Server configuration update failed.
An internal Media Server error occurred.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- If this problem does not occur intermittently, restart the Media Server from the EPM.
- If you cannot restart the Media Server from the EPM, manually reboot the Media Server.
- If the Media Server does not enter the Stopped state, reinstall the Media Server.
- If the problem persists, restart the EPM.
