Problem description

{0} - The name of the Media Server.

{1} - The error message.

{2} - The name of the SIP trunk.

The Media Server could not process the command to remove a SIP trunk due to either on of the following:

  • The Media Server encountered an error when processing the request to remove a SIP trunk.

  • The requested command to remove a SIP trunk failed to reach the Media Server.

Procedure

  1. Verify that the Media Server is running properly.
  2. Ensure that the connection between the Media Server and the EPM is functioning properly.
  3. Restart the Media Server if the Media Server is not running or if the connection is not functioning properly.
