Problem description

{1} - The SQL error.

{2} - The operation (Insert or Add Batch).

An SQL error occurred when either retrieving data of the specified Avaya Experience Portal applications from the internal database or adding the data to the external database.

If the operation Insert was displayed in the event message, the system encountered a problem when retrieving data from the internal database.

If the operation Add Batch was displayed, the system encountered a problem when adding the data to the external database.
