Problem description

{0} - The reason for shutting down the OMS.

The OMS was shutting down due to an unrecoverable problem.

If the error "ms timeout reached while waiting for Media Server(s)" was displayed in the event message, the OMS was being shutdown due to a breakdown in the communication between the EPM and the Media Server. The Media Server didn’t respond, and the EPM could not gain back its control.
