Problem description

{0} - The name of the Media Server

{1} - The http or Media Server error returned from the request

HTTP error was returned from a request to the Media Server for a list of previously downloaded prompts

About this task

This problem is generally caused by either an incorrectly configured security certificate, a failed Media Server, or a Media Server containing a pre-Avaya Experience Portal 5.1 software release.

Procedure

  1. Verify that the security certificate is properly accepted.
  2. If the Media Server has failed, restart or reboot the Media Server.
  3. If the Media Server still fails, contact Avaya support organization.
  4. Update the Media Server if the Media Server contains a previous version of Avaya Experience Portal software
