{1} - The http or Media Server error returned from the request
HTTP error was returned from a request to the Media Server for a list of previously downloaded prompts

About this task
This problem is generally caused by either an incorrectly configured security certificate, a failed Media Server, or a Media Server containing a pre-Avaya Experience Portal 5.1 software release.
Procedure
- Verify that the security certificate is properly accepted.
- If the Media Server has failed, restart or reboot the Media Server.
- If the Media Server still fails, contact Avaya support organization.
- Update the Media Server if the Media Server contains a previous version of Avaya Experience Portal software
