Problem description
{0} – The name of the media server.
{1} – The unexpected state.
An email or SMS processor is in a different state than the EPM that the processor resides on.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- If the media server does not enter the same state as the EPM the processor resides on within a few minutes, restart the EPM.
- If problem persists, reboot the .EPM.
