The connection between the SessionManager and vxmlmgr processes encountered problems. The vxmlmgr process was either stopping or restarting.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
If the SessionManager cannot establish a connection to
the CCXML interpreter, use one of the following methods to verify
that the CCXML interpreter is running:
Review the home page of the Media Server Service Menu.
Run the command stat.php on the Media Server.
Restart the Media Server.
