Problem description
{0} - The error message.
The SessionManager could not send a message to the CCXML message channel. The connection between the SessionManager and CCXML processes encountered problems. The CCXML process was either stopping or restarting.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
If the SessionManager cannot establish a connection to
the CCXML interpreter, use one of the following methods to verify
that the CCXML interpreter is running:
Review the home page of the Media Server Service Menu.
Run the command stat.php on the Media Server.
Restart the Media Server.
