Problem description
{0} - The name of the ASR server.
The SessionManager encountered time out while waiting for the ASR provider to initialize. The timeout problem occurred due to invalid configurations or a problem on the ASR server.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- On the EPM, verify that the ASR server configurations are correct.
- Verify that the ASR server is running properly.
- Ensure that the network connection between the Media Server and the ASR server is established.
- Verify that you can connect to the ASR server from the Media Server.
- On the ASR server, verify that you can ping the MRCP Network Address that was configured for the Media Server.
