Problem description
{0} - The name of the TTS server.
The SessionManager encountered timeout while waiting for the TTS provider to initialize. The timeout problem occurred due to invalid configurations or a problem on the TTS server.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- On the EPM, verify that the TTS server configurations are correct.
- Verify that the TTS server is running properly.
- Verify that the network connection between the TTS server and the Media Server is established.
- Verify that you can connect to the TTS server from the Media Server.
- On the TTS server, verify that you can ping the MRCP Network Address that was configured for the Media Server.
