The SessionManager encountered an internal error. The error is not fatal, but it might affect a caller’s session.

Procedure
- If you encounter this error frequently:
- Reproduce the problem by setting the SessionManager tracing to Finest, and generating the log file.
- Contact Avaya Technical Support.
- If you encounter this error infrequently and the error
does not affect the operation of the Avaya Experience Portal system, do the following:
- Gather the event information in the SessionManager logs on the Media Server.
- Forward the logs to Avaya Technical Support for future solutions.
