Problem description
{0} - Either the CCXML or the VXML process.
{1} - The error message.
Active calls ended because the connection between the SessionManager and the CCXML or the VXML has not been established. This problem occurred because either the CCXML, the vxmlmgr, or both processes were not running properly.

Procedure
- Verify that both the CCXML and the vxmlmgr processes are
running using one of the following methods:
Review the home page of the Media Server Service Menu.
Run the command stat.php on the Media Server.
- Restart the Media Server.
