Problem description

{0} - The name of the TTS provider.

{1} - The error message.

The Session Manager could not load the TTS shared object from the file $AVAYA_MPP_HOME/bin/mrcptts.so because the file was missing or permissions for the file were set incorrectly.

Procedure

Verify that the file $AVAYA_MPP_HOME/bin/mrcptts.so exists and that the permissions for the file are set correctly.
Reinstall the Media Server.
If the problem persists, contact Avaya Technical Support.
