The SessionManager could not locate a speech application that was configured with the called number or DNIS.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. On the EPM, verify that the DNIS is configured correctly with a speech application.
  2. On the EPM, review the Call Detail report to verify that the DNIS used for the application is the correct number recorded for the call.
