Problem description

The SessionManager could not create a shared memory segment that was used by the System Manager for reporting status to the EPM. This problem occurred due to permission errors.

The SessionManager starts, but the Media Server heartbeat does not capture station or call information.

Reinstall the Media Server.
If the problem persists, contact Avaya Technical Support.
