Problem description

This event is triggered when a SIP connection is configured on the EPM while an H.323 provider is configured on the Media Server.

The H.323 provider on the Media Server only supports configurations of an H.323 connection.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Remove the SIP connection.
  2. Run the script setEPVoip.sh on the Media Server to change the Media Server telephony provider from H.323 to SIP.
