Problem description
The SIP connection cannot be added. This event is triggered when multiple SIP trunks are being configured on the Media Server. Avaya Experience Portal 3.0.1 supports only one SIP trunk.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- Go to the EPM interface.
- On the SIP Connections Web page, remove additional SIP connections that are configured on the EPM.
