Problem description

{0} - The name of the application.

The CCXML or VoiceXML browser encountered an error when trying to download a page from the application specified in the event message. An event is generated for each application page. The event is sent to the EPM only when application changes occur or when the Media Server is restarted.

Procedure

  1. From the EPM, review events that were generated by the CCXML Browser, VoiceXML Browser, or Session Manager around the same time that this event was generated.
  2. For additional information, review the following log files:

    • $AVAYA_MPP_HOME/logs/process/SessMgr

    • $AVAYA_MPP_HOME/logs/process/CXI

    • $AVAYA_MPP_HOME/logs/process/VB
