Problem description

{0} - The session ID.

{1} - The session resources.

The Session Manager was unable to release certain session resources at the end of a call because the resources specified in the event message were not released within an expected time frame. The SessionManager terminated the specified resources.

If this event occurs frequently, do the following:

Procedure

Enable the following tracing:
CCXML Browser = Finest
SessionManager = Finest
Voice Browser Platform = Finest
All other Voice Browser categories = Finer
All other categories = Off
When the event occurs again, collect log files that are generated close to the time when this event is generated to avoid roll over of the log files. If you expect roll over to occur, modify the Media Server Settings for the Trace Logger to increase the Log File Maximum Size and Number of Logs to Retain.
Send the log files to Avaya Technical Support.

From the Media Server, gather the event information in the SessionManager, CXI, and VB logs.
Send the logs files to Avaya Technical Support.
