Problem description

{0} - The name of the application that was specified in the outcall request.

The SessionManager rejected a VXML outcall request to place an outbound call because all outbound channels are in use. If there are more than one Media Server in the Avaya Experience Portal system, the EPM will route the outbound request to another Media Server.
