Problem description

The Media Server System Manager could not stop the process that was listed in the event message.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- If the process continues to run after the Media Server System Manager sends the Stop signal, stop the Media Server.
- If the process named in the event message cannot be stopped from the command line, reboot the Media Server.
