The Media Server System Manager cannot stop a process because the process is not in a running state.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- If the process is in a running state and cannot be stopped, stop the Media Server.
- If the process cannot stop after you have stopped the Media Server, review the System Manager log file $AVAYA_MPP_HOME/logs/process/SysMgr to identify errors that are associated with this process.
- If you cannot find other errors that are associated with this process, reboot the Media Server.
