Problem description

{0} - Process that reported the Fatal state.

The communication between one or more Media Server processes failed. The Media Server stops and restarts to restore full functionality.

This error can occur with either one of the following situations:

• If the error event PSESM00026 occurs, the SessionManager enters a Fatal state and the Media Server processes will restart.

• If the number of out-of-service telephony ports reaches the Fatal threshold (with error event PTELE00036) and the ports stay out-or-service for five minutes, the SessionManager process enters the Fatal state and the Media Server processes will restart.
