Problem description

The System Manager could not save the certificate file to the local MPP server. Secure communications from the MPP server may not work as expected.

Procedure

Check the permissions on the existing certificate files in the following directories:

$AVAYA_MPP_HOME/web/ssl.crt/

$AVAYA_HOME/pki/
Ensure that the permissions are correct for these directories and the files in these directories.

Use the certificate file name specified in the event for investigation.

Root permissions can cause issues.
Restart the Media Server from the EPM.
