Problem description

{0} - The URL of the authority on the EPM.

The System Manager could not retrieve a signed Media Server/SES certificate from the authority service that is running on the EPM. The Media Server/SES cannot establish a TLS connection for communication.

  1. From the EPM, restart the EPM service using the command service vpms restart.
  2. Restart the Media Server from the EPM.
