Avaya Experience Portal has configured the speech server using protocol: MRCP V2 with TLS.

Problem description

Media Server failed to make TLS connection to speech server with MRCP V2.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Verify Avaya Experience Portal has configured trusted certificate for Nuance speech server for TLS connection.
  2. Verify the Nuance speech server also has the same valid certificate in the directory: $NSSSVRSDK/certs.
  3. Restart Media Server to resync the TLS connection.
