Problem description
Media Server failed to make TLS connection to speech server with MRCP V2.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- Verify Avaya Experience Portal has configured trusted certificate for Nuance speech server for TLS connection.
- Verify the Nuance speech server also has the same valid certificate in the directory: $NSSSVRSDK/certs.
- Restart Media Server to resync the TLS connection.
